Terms and Conditions

The care and well being of your cat is our first priority but we cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or illness during your cats stay.

If, in our opinion, your cat is in need of veterinary attention we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice. We will always attempt to discuss this with you first, however if we are unable to contact you and we feel that your cats well being is at risk we will take your cat for treatment. Any veterinary costs incurred will be passed on to the owner.

We reserve the right to check and treat your cat for fleas and worms should the need arise. The owner will be responsible for any costs incurred

All cats must:

  • Be vaccinated against cat flu and feline enteritis at least 14 days prior to arrival, and owners must produce a current veterinary certificate on arrival.
  • Be spayed or neutered.
  • Arrive in a secure cage.

Note that our drop-off and pick-up times are between :

  • 8am to 10am and
  • 4pm to 6pm

unless by prior arrangement.

Your authority must be given to release your cat to another party.

Due to the demand for accommodation, please appreciate that we reserve the right to charge for the days you have booked even if you collect the pet before the due date.

At peak times we may:

  • Require a deposit to be paid to confirm a booking.
    • Deposits are normally non refundable and any refund will be at our discretion.
  • Insist on a minimum booking period

All rates are a daily charge, and apply to the day of arrival and the day of departure, regardless of actual arrival and departure time
